The MSA’s role is to support/grow the personal production of the MSM/MLO, while performing certain administrative responsibilities.

They will take loan applications on our LOS system, collect appropriate client documentation, submit loan requests to processing, and doing so in compliance with secondary market guidelines as well as Bank policy and procedures. They will coordinate vendor and referral source partners and gather documentation in preparation for closing. They will be responsible for marketing to external referral sources by phone/email and supporting client service needs throughout the loan process, as well as


Superior organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
PC skills required, both internet and loan originations systems (preferable Encompass).
