The candidate will support the administrative needs of 6 to 7 Group Heads within CIBC US's Specialized Industries group.


Responsibilities include:


Expense Reports & Travel – Complete expense reports for Group Heads (as required). Assist with travel arrangements including air & ground travel, hotel accommodations and itinerary preparation. 


Mailings – Manage any messenger, overnight and other special delivery requests for group.


Calendar – Manage calendars for Group Heads.


Internal Client Meetings Group Heads – Coordinate internal client meetings for the RMs which includes securing a conference room, adding guests to the visitor log, ordering refreshments or food if required and making sure the conference room is presentable before and after the meeting. Also coordinate internal quarterly meetings for each Group.  


PowerPoint Presentations – Assist with the creation and revision of client or internal PowerPoint presentations.


Client Event Planning – Work with Marketing’s event planner to coordinate client events.


On Boarding New Hires – Assist in completing the onboarding process for new hires which includes obtaining proper IDM Roles, Security ID, Equipment, Supplies, Name plate & badges.


Supplies – Maintain supplies for Specialized Groups.


eGrants – Complete the eGrant process for Specialized Group Heads. 


Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.


Seeking additional guidance from HR based on the Position Responsibilities outlined above.
