  • Interview new clients so that we can complete our required US Patriot Act law due diligence by researching the client, verifying client identities, and completing our Risk Assessment form which includes describing client’s business, activities, locations and ownership
  • Opening deposit accounts which includes working with client to prepare legal documentation and verify client has properly executed the required documents
  • Work with relationship manager and legal counsel to help coordinate loan fundings/closings
  • Work directly with client to receive financial covenant reporting items and submission and tracking of same
  • Work with clients to resolve complex service requests and to handle the service needs of high profile or sensitive clients




  • High school required
  • Some college or equivalent work experience preferred
  • 5 years commercial banking experience
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Knowledge of loan and deposit documents
  • Able to prioritize
