Responsibilities

  • Provide recurring and ad-hoc sales/management reporting for the Private Banking practice, in partnership with the finance team as appropriate
  • Partner with front-office advisors to ensure pipeline and calling activities are current and accurate
  • Identify and document success stories so that they can be shared more broadly within Private Wealth and with key partners in the bank
  • Take ownership of practice-related meeting coordination and preparation
  • Serve as the CRM subject matter expert, representing the Private Wealth business as appropriate for issue resolution
  • Assist the Product and Platform Manager as appropriate to help ensure issues are getting resolved

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree, ideally in finance, accounting, economics or a related field
  • At least 2 years’ experience desired, ideally as part of a training program with a financial services firm
  • Strong analytical and excel modeling skills
  • Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office product suite
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong initiative, energy and confidence completing projects with limited supervision
