This entry level position is an opportunity for an individual who demonstrates strong initiative to learn about Small Business and Middle Market Treasury Management products as well as how to assist internal and external clients with respect to all Treasury Management products & services.  The candidate will develop knowledge of Treasury Management products & services through completion of extensive on-the-job training.   Once training is complete, the candidate will spend time in the call queue, be responsible for processing Small Business and Middle Market client maintenance requests, problem solve issues and provide timely final resolution to emails sent to the Client Services mailbox and online banking Business Service Tool (BST). Demonstration of high standards of performance may lead to the increased responsibility of managing a portfolio of dedicated clients.  The ideal candidate will have a client-centered vision and excellent communication skills enabling them to respond to internal and external clients in an effective and well-crafted manner. 


The ideal candidate will learn how to service the following treasury management products:

  • Business Internet Banking
  • ACH and Wire Origination
  • ACH and Check Positive Pay
  • Remote capture
  • Lockbox
  • Vault Services
  • Bill payment, sweeps, account analysis, and account recon

The candidate will also be responsible for managing and performing the Business NetBanking secure token fulfillment process and email full reconciliation client statements.


Essential duties will focus around, but are not limited to:  

  • Work within a treasury call queue bringing resolution to client product and service issues
  • Utilize client issue & inquiry tracking system
  • Work closely with clients and prospects on a consultative basis
  • Identify opportunities to improve overall delivery of the Bank’s treasury management services



  • 4-year college degree
  • Commitment to providing excellent client service
  • Excellent listening skills, attention to detail and ability to multi-task
  • Ability to follow step-by-step procedures and complete tasks with accuracy
  • Strong organizational and time management skills including ability to prioritize client requests
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel Outlook and PowerPoint)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Desire to work in a team-oriented environment is a must
