Responsibilities

  • Development and retention of Treasury Management relationships for multiple commercial lines of business.
  • Partners with relationship managers in a consultative selling role.
  • Responsible for meeting annual sales goals, sales activity targets, along with developing and executing a strategy to retain and fully penetrate existing relationships.
  • As an experienced team member, this Advisor will be expected to share knowledge and market experience with peers, and junior team members, and participant in TM initiatives.
  • Exhibit autonomy in managing clients, call plans and pipeline, requiring minimal involvement from management.
  • Meet with clients and prospects to understand their Treasury Management needs and sell services.
  • Maintain relationships with current clients by regularly meeting with them to review their services and  needs.
  • Develop strong strategic relationships with larger TM customer base.
  • Prepare proposal and pricing scenarios to help win new business.
  • Assist with service issues to maintain client satisfaction.
  • Train Relationship Managers and other internal partners as needed on all treasury management products and services. 
  • Be a team player willing to assist others at any time.  

Qualifications

  • 5 - 7+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: sales, business development, or treasury management
  • 3+ years of business-to-business sales experience or treasury management experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business or related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of treasury management product and services
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong understanding of accounting and technology as it relates to a company's financial operations
  • Effectively organizes, assembles and arranges resources to meet sales goals
  • Excellent communicator, polished, confident, detail oriented and professional
  • Develops and delivers viable business process solutions requiring extensive profiling, prospecting, discovery, and pipeline management
  • Ability to thrive in a team-selling partnership with relationship managers
  • Certified Treasury Professional or desire to obtain or Certified Cash Manager desired
