The Treasury Management Implementation Consultant will work to implement, set up and support internal and external clients with respect to all CIBC treasury management products & services while staying compliant with audit requirements. The individual will be required to manage multiple project implementations at all times. Coordinating complex implementations with clients, treasury management sales, operations and vendors. This individual will conduct training sessions over the telephone and occasionally in person for all treasury management products and services. The ideal candidate should be familiar with documentation, implementation and delivery of products in the following treasury management product families:


  • Account Analysis
  • Account Reconcilement and Positive Pay 
  • ACH Origination
  • Bill Payment
  • Internet Banking
  • Remittance and Deposit
  • Remote Capture
  • Sweep Services
  • Transmission of services
  • Wire Origination

The candidate should be able to identify opportunities to improve overall delivery of the Bank’s treasury management services.





  • Minimum 5 years in banking specifically relating to Treasury Management products and services.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Professional (Excel and Microsoft Word) necessary to complete many daily responsibilities.
  • Knowledge of the FIS / Metavante data processing system preferred.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to multi task across projects.
  • Desire to work in a team-oriented environment is a must.
