Responsibilities

Head of Consumer Products is responsible for identifying client product and service needs, conducting competitive analyses, managing products, and enhancing the features of existing products. Staff manage or own existing products. Will have overall responsibility for a major product area and therefore often more than one complex product offered by the private client business. Will report to the President, Personal Client Services, while having Senior Product Managers reporting to them.  Responsible for developing and managing investment and securities products offered by the private client business.  Directly and through other managers and staff, the incumbent is responsible for: working with internal and external business, home office and field sales management in coordinating product operations support, sales promotions and training activities. 

 

Responsible for the overall management and direction of the digital channel. Works with the head of retail banking and other business line heads to develop and implement channel strategies that complement the existing distribution network. Responsible for the business development, user analytics, strategy, customer experience, and operational execution of the digital channel. Understand trends in the digital channel banking industry in order to effectively anticipate opportunities and enable orderly reactions to changing customer preferences and expectations

 

 

 

Qualifications

12-15 years of previous expereince

Masters degree preferred.
