As a teller, they are to adhere to the Banking Policy at all times. They will work a cash drawer, assist keeping the branch in compliance related to Teller policies and procedures, conduct monthly audits and prepares bank line for internal audits. Responds to more complex customer issues and questions. Opens and/or closes branch.
As New Account Rep, the appropriate candidate will open all new accounts. Provide outstanding customer service with information on deposit accounts, rates, services charges, restrictions, and other
relevant account information. Process all consumer loans. Researches and resolves problems to customer inquiries on account status. Cross sells other bank services and refer customers to other departments as appropriate. Reports to Branch Manager.
Metavante and Teller Insight experience preferred
Familiar with Windows
Previous New Account Rep experience required.
