    Responsibilities

    The Treasury Management Head of Product Management is responsible for setting and executing the overall product strategy for CIBC U.S. Treasury Management. This includes identifying client product and service needs, conducting competitive analyses, managing products, and enhancing the features of existing products. They will also oversee TM related vendors and manage internal governance policy and procedures for the group.  This role will manage a team of Product Managers and work with other stakeholders in the bank to implement TM initiatives.

    Product Skills

    • Broad knowledge of Treasury Management products with strong technical knowledge.
    • Understanding of commercial middle market needs.
    • Strategic planning

    Experience and Education

    Ideal candidate will have 10+ years in Treasury Management working with middle market and large corporate clients, and experience managing a team. TM managerial experience at top 100 bank preferred.
