    Responsibilities

    Staff in this function provide day-to-day servicing of Corporate and Institutional Services (CIS) client accounts. Client service staff assist relationship managers by performing various account-specific administrative responsibilities and/or provide basic servicing to  maintenance accounts. Staff will have some client contact but primary activities are focused on processing escrow and custody account opening and transactions. Responsible for providing day-to-day client service to the accounts of one or more relationship managers. Researches account and transaction records to resolve discrepancies, and answers questions, or provides documentation on client activities.

    Qualifications

    Microsoft Office, organizational skills, previous banking experience prefered & some legal and/or document review background helpful but not required. NON-LICENSED STAFF do not hold any licenses.
