    Responsibilities

    This role will work to support the functionality and security of the network.  Provide primary support for the NAC solution and backup support for general network operations of the Bank's LAN and WAN environments.  Particpate in the engineering, administration, updating and troubleshooting NAC structures.

    Provide 3rd level support for multiple network services and associated application interfaces.  

    Interaction with multiple groups across varied technical skillsets in the bank as well as with Managed Service partners.  

    Qualifications

    Experience with route and switch networks. 

    Experience with NAC concepts, deployments, and troubleshooting in wired and wireless environments.

    Experience with 802.1x.

    Experience in establishing and setting securityh criteria around hardware and software for validation, including but not limited to patch validation, anti-virus definitions, and user-authentication structures.  

    Must have working and effective knowledge of ARP, NDP, VLANs, HTTP/S, ACLs, Firewall Rules, L4 Switch configuration, and general understanding of the OSI model.  

    Ability to troubleshoot networking and security solutions directly or remotely via phone a plus.
