    Responsibilities

    • Produce quality work in the form of Loan Presentations, Material Ammendments and other credit requests in a timely manner and in accordance with agreed upon deadlines
    • Ensures integrity of data captured in underwriting / processing and compliance logs / systems
    • Effective Collaboration with Relationship Managers, Loan Coordinators, Senior Portfolio Manager, Team Leads and Senior Management
    • Continually work to increase market and professional knowledge through training classes, seminars and special projects
    • Develop strong working knowledge of The PrivateBAnk Credit Policy and Risk Rating Framework
    • Manage activities appropriately relative to cost/expense control management
    • Community Involvement

    Qualifications

    • Understanding of the high net worth and ultra-high net worth client profile and typical product offerings.
    • Ability to structure credit solutions for HNW and UHNW clients with complex balance sheets and cash flows.
    • Ability to analyze client's balance sheet, cash flow, risk tolerance and financial objectives to propose a customized, complex credit structure that meets the client's needs and falls within the Bank's risk parameters
    • Knowledge of federal and state regulatory requirements.
    • Prefer a minimum of 2 - 3 years of underwriting experience
    • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple assignments and priorities is essential while delivering desired results
    • Strong teamwork and partnering skills with ability to effectively manage the expectations of multiple internal/external constituents.
    • Excellent analytical skills; ability to quickly understand complex problems and recommend solutions.
    • Strong knowledge of complex personal and business financial analysis, tax returns and balance sheet analysis, including cash flow analysis.
    • Effective written and verbal communication/presentation skills.
    • Intermediate user of MSWord and MS Excel
