    Responsibilities

    Educate employees over the phone, through WebEx and in classroom.

    Research and outline new training programs as needed.

    Answer Banker Resource calls and assist employee with completing account onboarding and servicing.

    Answer Banker Resource calls and assist employee with obtaining the correct information to assist their clients.

    Edit and revise  existing procedures updating with operational changes.

    Create new procedures for new processes utilized in Community Banking.

    Work on assigned projects which include researching and making recommendations for process improvements.

    Qualifications

    Retail Banking Experience especially in the Banker role.

    Proven Oral Communication skills couples with a professional image.

    Good writing skills of a general nature as well as of a technical nature.

    Good PC skills especially in Word and PowerPoint  and Excel skills.

    Ability to be a self starter and work with minimal supervison.

    Willigness to share knowledge with employees at all level in the Bank.
