    • Apply your knowledge of income tax law as you work with various types of entities within a large multinational organization.
    • Prepare and/or review assigned federal  income tax returns to support filing of a complex consolidated tax return and state and local income and franchise tax filings.
    • Research tax issues as they arise and provide recommendations.
    • Complete year-end tax provision work and prepare and/or review state tax returns, as assigned.
    • Plan, coordinate, or assist with projects and tax examinations as requested.
    • Assist with implementation of tax technology.


    • Experience with sales tax, business licenses, exemption certificates and accounting systems is required.
    • Ability to communicate effectively through written and oral in a courteous, professional and timely manner.
    • Ability to conceptualize, organize and explain.
    • Attention to detail, alertness and accuracy.
    • Ability to plan, organize, multi-task and strong attention to details.
    • Proficiency in computer software such as MS Office (Word, Excel).
    • Proficiency in tax software application such as OneSource.
    • Knowledge of Accounting/Tax principles and practices.
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting preferred.
    • CPA preferred but not required.
    • 2+ years’ experience in related field
