The Relationship Manager’s primary purpose is managing a portfolio of middle market/large corporate clients (with annual revenues in excess of $50.0 million) with their strategic needs by delivering top-notch customer service. S/he will work closely with the Group Portfolio Manager, Credit and Services teams to execute client requests in an efficient and effective manner. The RM collaborates with the Market Lead to increase new relationships of the Bank through a team approach to meet the credit and relationship needs of clients. The RM will seek greater penetration of existing relationships through active cross sale of credit and non-credit bank products including, but not limited to, foreign exchange, interest rate derivatives, treasury management and depository services with the ultimate goal of profitable growth of strategic client relationships.
Primary responsibility for this position will be business development and the sourcing of new relationships for the Bank, the servicing of current Bank relationships resulting in efficient delivery of credit and other bank services, introduction to cross sale partners and active portfolio management in cooperation with Group Portfolio Managers.
