This position is part of the overall Loan Operations Team that closes, analyzes, books and services small to mid- size commercial and consumer loans.
This specific position will be assigned to the Loan Booking team and will be responsible for entering loan data in either the IBS or ACBS loan system based on information provided by the Closer / Closing Analyst. This position is expected to be the subject matter expert on loan system requirements for entering customer, commitment and loan information. Essential duties include: Setup customer, facility and loan information in the loan system for new or existing customers; Perform system maintenance (rate-changes, payment instructions, various regulatory codes, etc.); Research and analysis of open reconciliation items, customer service issues and corrections; Miscellaneous task related to other department initiatives.
