The New Account Representative is a key member of our team. Provides quality service and facilitates the development of lasting relationships throughout every customer contact.
Flexibility with schedule is necessary as this candidate will opens and/or close the branch. Additionally, this position is a floating position and this candidate will be expected to work at a branch based on the daily need.
As a New Account Rep, the appropriate candidate will open new accounts and provide outstanding customer service with information on deposit accounts, rates, service charges, and other relevant account information. Will process consumer loans. Researches and resolves problems and responds to customer inquiries on account status. Cross sells other bank services and refers customers to other departments as appropriate. Involved in daily operations of the branch. Active participation in sales and achievement of financial and branch goals as set by management. Maintains a positive can-do attitude with flexiblity to adjust to the demands of the day to day business needs.
This role will include future cross training as a teller and eventual role as a Universal Banker.
Experience with building and retaining client relationships is preferred.
Prior New Account Experience and sales experience preferred but not required.
Flexibility - this position is a floating position and this candidate will be expected to work at a branch location based on the daily need.
