    Responsibilities

     

    In this role, you will join a team of Infrastructure Administrators that are responsible for the Corporate Network, Telecom Systems, Audio-Visual Systems, ATM’s, Managed Print, and Network Security Solutions. The primary focus of this role will be support for network, telecom, & A/V systems. The person in this role will have the opportunity to promote change with processes and security practices.

    • Cyber Security focused with intermediate knowledge of information security principals
    • Responsible for systems upgrades, enhancements and patches across multiple environments
    • Works with the business and vendors to understand the requirements and product changes
    • Lead and/or participate in testing and implementing changes into the environment
    • Level 2/3 support via ticket escalations
    • End to end management of assigned projects
    • Documentation of policies, procedures, and technical knowledge base articles

     

    Qualifications

     

     

    • College degree or at least 3 years of experience in a system administration role
    • 3+ years supporting at least 2 of the following: enterprise network, telecom, AV, & ATM’s
    • Intermediate understanding of VoIP, IP networking, and associated protocols
    • Strong analytical, problem solving, and trouble-shooting skills
    • Familiar with change management and ticketing systems
    • Experience working with technology vendors / MSP’s
    • Intermediate experience with Windows Server 2016, Windows 10, and SQL
    • Experience with platform hardening and security incident processes a plus
