    In this role, you will join a small team of System Administrators that are responsible for the Corporate Telecom Systems, Audio-Visual Systems, Desktop Engineering, Workstation & Server Patching, Managed Print, Wi-Fi and Virtual Desktop Infrastructures. The primary focus of this role will be Wi-Fi Administration (future implementation), Desktop Engineering and Windows OS Security Patching. The person in this role will have the opportunity to promote change when process or security enhancements are identified.

    • Cyber Security focused with intermediate knowledge of information security principals
    • Responsible for systems upgrades, enhancements and patches across multiple environments
    • Works with the business and vendors to understand business and system requirements and understands product changes.
    • Lead and/or participate in testing and implementing changes into all environments
    • Level 3 support of systems via ticket escalations and end to end management of assigned projects
    • Documentation of policies, procedures, and technical knowledge base articles


    • College degree or at least 3 years of experience in a system administration role
    • 1-3 years' experience in WiFi administration
    • Experience with patching tools such as SCCM
    • Strong analytical, problem solving, and trouble-shooting skills
    • Familiar with change management and ticketing systems
    • Experience working with technology vendors / MSP’s
    • Intermediate experience with Windows Server 2016, Windows 10, and SQL
    • Basic understanding of VoIP, IP networking, and associated protocols
    • Understanding of Wi-Fi supplicant, guest portals, access controls
    • Experience with platform hardening and security incident processes a plus
