    on-boardingAs the Executive Assistant for three national leaders within the Private Banking line of business for CIBC Bank USA, you will be called upon to perform a variety of responsibilities, primarily administrative in nature, and others operational.  The ultimate purpose of the Executive Assistant is to work through the administrative needs of the leaders supported on a daily basis.  Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    • Manage heavy and ever-changing professional calendars
    • Plan travel including the arrangement of flights, hotels, car services and more
    • Prepare reports and overviews for key meetings
    • Field calls, answer emails and create correspondence while proactively prioritizing with minimal direction
    • Maintain and track expenses; complete expense reports
    • Work on ad-hoc projects and presentations
    • Assist with - of new employees
    • Maintain highly confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion
    • Plan and coordinate internal and external meetings, if necessary arrange food and/or beverage deliveries
    • Handle miscellaneous responsibilities such as taking meeting minutes, making reservations, compiling research, booking meeting space, ordering office supplies, ordering business cards, sending gifts, office space planning, making copies/scanning documents etc.


    • Bachelor degree would be a plus
    • Solid experience (5+ years) with office management systems, MS Office
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize and meet deadlines
    • Strong client focus, excellent listening skills and attention to detail
    • Ability to be flexible and open-minded
    • Ability to work effectively with people at all levels
    • Team oriented
