    Responsibilities

    Administrative Assistant to support the Finance Group, specifically the Corporate Controller, Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis and the Head of Strategy. This role will support the administrative needs of three managers including scheduling; managing travel arrangements, expense reimbursements, coordinating & compiling presentations and other miscellaneous tasks as required. The incumbent will work closely with the Executive Secretary of the Chief Financial Officer and collaborate with leaders throughout the organization.

    Requirements for this position includes excellent organizational skills, a high level of administrative competence and the ability to handle assignments in a calm, professional and confidential manner.  The successful applicant will be expected to demonstrate self-reliance and resourcefulness.  The ability to multi-task and work effectively with colleagues at all levels of the organization is critical.
