    • Interview client and perform all necessary due diligence to comply with US Patriot Act.
    • Work with client and Treasury Management to collect and open deposit accounts.
    • Work with attorney, client, RM and closer to make sure all requirements for closing are collected and loan is funded.
    • Monitor borrowing base availability.
    • Collect reimbursement from clients for legal fees.
    • Follow up on expired insurance.


    • Some college preferred or equivalent commercial banking experience (5-10 years).
    • Previous experience reading legal documentation such as loan agreements, preferred.
    • Ability to prioritize.
    • Works well in a team environment.
    • Can communicate professionally with clients.
