New Account Rep I duties involve but are not limited to:
Providing assistance to new and existing clients regarding their financial needs.
Knowledgeable in the bank’s products and services to be able to provide efficient and courteous customer service.
Open and maintain client accounts and relate account information to customers in a timely manner.
Recognize selling and referral opportunities to assist in achieving the goals of the branch as set by management.
The candidate hired for this position will be cross trained in Teller duties and eventually working both positions within the Banking Center.
Excellent customer service skills required.
This position is on our frontline and needs a person who enjoys working with people!
Needs to be flexible with schedule and willing to travel to multiple locations in the Community Banking Group.
