    Responsibilities

    • Customer Service- handle day to day requests of $800 million portfolio.  Loan advances, wire tranfers, new account set up.  Problem solve for clients. 
    • Assist in loan closings.   Coordinate with Commercial Loan Officers loan renewals, expansion of credit and new relationships.  Work with outside counsel on putting a package together internally for our Loan Closers. 
    • Monitor Daily overdraft reports.  Work with lending staff on pay/return decisions.
    • Monitor past dues and DDA/loan exceptions.   Corrdinate with lending staff to proactively clear exceptions and clear past dues well before month/quarter end.

    Qualifications

    • Prior direct client interaction/customer service experience.
    • Knowledge and experience with loan documentation.
    • Experience working with loan and DDA bank systems.
    • Self motivated and problem solver.
    • Pleasant and outgoing demeanor.
    • College degree a plus.
