    Responsibilities

    • This individual will be responsible for working with the relationship manager and bankers and  provide support with day to day customer requests via emails and phone calls (wires, internal/external transfers, collection and completion of new account documentation and forms, stop payments, advances/letter of directions, scanning and clearing deposit and loans exceptions, pipeline reports, etc.)
    • Assist with the implementation of loan documentation to include initial documentation, collecting PFS and tax returns. 
    • Lastly, meeting the customer needs within private banking and other duties assigned. 

    Qualifications

    • Metavante and NetImage
    • Organization skills
    • Proficient on all IT applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe)
    • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship building skills
    • College degree required
    • Minimum 2-3 years Private Banking experience (background in loan and deposit portfolio)
