    The incumbent will play a key leadership role within the Bank's US Financial Planning & Analysis Group (FP&A).  The position will be responsible for all planning, financial analysis, management reporting and performance measurement as it relates to their assigned Lines of Business, Legal Entity or Support Groups.  Additionally, as is the case for all FP&A members, the incumbent will be responsible for coordinating and consolidating some of the Bank's more complex financial processes necessary to ensure an efficient Finance department that is focused on partnering with its internal clients to optimize financial performance.  This necessitates a thorough understanding of enterprise resource planning and how all parts of the Bank impact the Bank's financial results. Additionally, it demands an ability to work with colleagues at all levels throughout the organization, expert financial modeling skills and the willingness to work long hours when necessary.    


    Essential qualifications:


    • MBA degree, preferred.
    • At least 10 years of Finance experience within the Financial Services industry, preferred.
    • Expert-level analytical, financial modeling and forecasting skills.
    • Ability to translate and communicate complex financial data to senior leadership, providing recommendations with the goal of optimizing the financial performance of the Bank.
    • Strategic thinking.
    • Superior communication and presentation skills.
    • Ability to influence and persuade.
    • Strong data management and associated technical skills.
    • Ability to multi-task and meet constantly changing deadlines.
