    Responsibilities

    • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is required.
    • 7+ years of finance experience within the Financial Services industry, preferred.
    • Provide analytical financial support to assigned Line of Business (s) and Support Groups.
    • Position involves interacting closely with employees of assigned groups and managing their financial planning, reporting and analytical needs.
    • The incumbent will extract, analyze and report on data at the Primary Line of Business level, Profit Center level and Client level. Analysis will provide valuable decision support information to the Bank’s Executive Management team and provide a pivotal role in ensuring assigned Line of Business achieves their financial goals.
    • The successful applicant will work closely with Line of Business Executive and their staff to provide performance measurement and solid financial guidance.

    Qualifications

    • Ability to interact and manage successful and effective relationships at all levels throughout the organization.
    • Proficient with Microsoft Excel and common add-ins such as Essbase.
    • Knowledge of profitability drivers within the financial services industry and management accounting processes are a necessity.
    • The ideal candidate must have the ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and prioritize in a dynamic environment.
    • Strong work ethic and an inquisitive & analytical mind with a demonstrated ability to provide and interpret financial information.
    • Knowledge of financial services industry a definite plus.
