    This position is part of the overall Loan Operations Team that closes, analyzes, books and services commercial and consumer loans.


    This position will be assigned to the Portfolio Administrator team, where each team member is aligned with a specific Line of Business. The candidate will be responsible for post-closing documentation review and daily maintenance change reviews for each of their loans. The Portfolio Administrator will ensure loans are eligible for pledging to the Federal Reserve Bank (FRB) or Federal Home Loan Bank (FHLB) when applicable. The Portfolio Administrator is responsible for partnering with other members of Loan Operations to ensure the integrity of their respective loan portfolio.


    • The Portfolio Administrator must be detail-oriented and organized, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Three or more years of commercial loan documentation experience, preferably attorney prepared documents.
    • Prior experience working with syndicated loans, a plus.
    • Exception processing and knowledge of FRB and FHLB pledging requirements.
    • Risk and control conscious utilizing a degree of professionalism to communicate system, coding or closing discrepancies.
    • Proactively trouble-shoot issues and follow through to a successful resolution.
    • ACBS and/or IBS loan system experience preferred.
