    Responsibilities

    The primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

    • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Treasurer and the Treasury Department
    • Assist in preparing, scheduling and distributing critical Treasury Department presentations and committee meeting materials
    • Manage heavy and ever-changing professional calendar for the Treasurer
    • Plan travel including the arrangement of flights, hotels, car services and more
    • Field calls and create correspondence while proactively prioritizing with minimal direction
    • Maintain and track expenses; and prepare and manage expense reports
    • Maintain highly confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion
    • Plan and coordinate internal and external meetings; if necessary, arrange food and/or beverage deliveries
    • Handle miscellaneous responsibilities such as taking meeting minutes, making reservations, making copies/scanning documents

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor degree is preferred
    • Solid experience and proficiency with office management systems including MS Outlook, MS Word, MS PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Motivated, self-directed and dedicated team-first thinker capable of excelling in a high performance department
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize and meet deadlines
    • Strong client focus, excellent listening skills and attention to detail
    • Strong organizational skills
    • Ability to be flexible, open-minded, team-oriented and work effectively with people at all levels
