    Responsibilities

    We are looking for a results driven, customer focused branch management representative for our New Little Village location.  This individual will be directly responsible for the day-to-day oversight of the branch operations and manage a team of banking professionals.  Must possess strong leadership qualities and be expected to bring out the best of branch personnel by providing coaching, development and appropriate motivation.  The branch manager will be the subject matter expert reagarding bank policy and procedures and appliable banking regulations.  Primary business development responsibilities will include outbound prospecting for new customer relationships in support of the overall branch objectives.  Work with internal and external bank partners to develop strong referral relationships and actively promote cross referral opportunities.  Must be able to maintain a strong connection and active engagement with the local community.  Participate in regular networking events that increase brand awareness and promote the bank.  Actively identify and champion marketing initiatives that work within specific budgets.  

    Qualifications

    5-8 Years Branch Management Experience

    College Business Degree preferred 

    Strong knowledge of consumer and small business banking rules and regulations

    Must be proficient in all Microsoft Office applications

    FIS system experience is a plus

    Spanish commuication preferred
