    • Input/verification of wire transfer requests.
    • Perform callbacks to clients for wire verification.
    • Wire repairs, metric capture, and fraud review of incoming and outgoing domestic and international wire transfers.
    • Process incoming and outgoing domestic and foreign currency wire payments.
    • Remittance Wire Transfer processing and reporting.
    • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients.
    • Start and end of day wire system balancing.


    • Knowledge of bank routing numbers, domestic and foreign wire processing.
    • Ability to multi-task, and use multiple internal and external applications throughout the work day.
    • Excellent attention to detail, analytical, organization, time management and problem solving skills.
    • Ability to meet critical wire processing deadlines.
    • Solid knowledge and understanding of wire system technologies and internal banking operations.
    • Strong customer service skills with prior operations/data entry experience.
    • Ability to identify key risk controls to daily workflow.
    • Ability to learn new computer applications and systems quickly.
    • Ability to work independently, in a fast-paced environment.
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office/Excel.
